Pat Christopher

Christopher named Alexander winner

Pat Christopher earned the John Alexander Medal recently at the College's annual senior awards convocation. The Alexander Medal is awarded annually to the male senior-athlete with the best record in athletics.

The outfielder on the baseball team was a four-year starter and two-time captain. Christopher broke six career records, including the hits record with 167 hits. He also finished first in runs scored with 100. A career .331 hitter, he recorded 81 RBIs and was 35-for-46 in stolen bases.

A three-time All-Centennial Conference selection, he was named honorable mention as a sophomore and to the second team as both a junior and senior.
