Tellish returns home to join the Green Terror staff in 2012 after a successful four-year playing career at conference-rival Susquehanna.

A two-year starter at running back, Tellish earned All-Centennial Conference accolades in both season in which his Crusaders were part of the league.

After a 132-yard rushing, 87-yard receiving day in the snow as a senior at Franklin & Marshall, he was tabbed Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week. His 57-yard screen pass for a touchdown in that game also became the d3football.com Play of the Week.

After a senior year in which he rushed for 942 yards and 11 touchdowns and racked up 1,303 all-purpose yards, Tellish was named the team’s offensive player of the year and team most valuable player.

A part of the Crusaders’ championship in their final year in the Liberty League in 2009, he finished his career fourth on the program’s all-time list with 2,203 rushing yards.

A 2008 South Carroll High School graduate, Tellish was named All-Carroll County and All-MVAL in 2007 as a running back. He was also a member of the 2005 2A state finalist team.

Tellish graduated in May with a degree in psychology.
