Diplomats score twice in first 8:55, roll to 3-0 win over McDaniel in CC opener
WESTMINSTER, Md. - Allison McLaren tallied just 1:36 into the game to start Franklin & Marshall rolling en route to a 3-0 victory over McDaniel in the Centennial Conference (CC) field hockey opener for both teams on Thursday.
The Diplomats (4-1, 1-0 CC) scored on their first two shots of the game to take a 2-0 lead before nine minutes had elapsed before finishing with an 8-6 advantage in shots for the game.
