  • Making the grade: 130 student-athletes on Dean’s List, four on Green and Gold Honor Roll

    McDaniel College has announced its Dean’s List from the Fall 2018 semester and 130 Green Terror student-athletes, including 27 first-semester students, qualified for the honors. Four Green Terror student-athletes earned Green and Gold Honor Roll status this past semester.
  • Bauman leads conference fall academic honors

    Taylor Bauman, a senior on the volleyball team, was named the Centennial Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year in her sport. Bauman was one of 45 Green Terror fall student-athletes named to the CC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
  • Gibson wins ECAC individual crown

    McDaniel finished sixth out of 11 teams with 125 points in its first-ever trip to the ECAC championship meet. Gavin Gibson won the individual title on a sloppy course with a time of 29:35.8.

    McDaniel finished eighth at the Hornet Harrier hosted at Kernstown Battlefield, totaling 214 points in the 6,000-meter race. Gavin Gibson crossed the line first once again with a time of 19:31.4.

    McDaniel finished fifth in a field of 15 teams at the Lancaster Bible Charger Invitational behind Gavin Gibson’s third straight win to open the season. Gibson won the race by 38 seconds, posting a time of 26:57.0 on the 8,000-meter course.

  • Gibson wins second race to lead way to second title

    McDaniel won the Green Terror Challenge, topping a field of four complete teams in the 5,000-meter race with 19 points. Three Green Terror runners placed in the top six. Gavin Gibson won the race for the second straight year. He posted a time of 17:04.75 to win the race by nearly 53 seconds.
  • Gibson makes it back-to-back wins at Towson

    McDaniel won the Towson Invitational for the second straight year, placing six runners in the top 10. Gavin Gibson claimed the individual crown for the second straight year. The Green Terror finished with 28 points.
