WESTMINSTER, Md. – Emily Morris went a combined 5-for-9 with two home runs, six RBIs and four runs scored to lead Bridgewater to a doubleheader sweep of McDaniel in non-conference softball action on Sunday.

The Eagles sent 11 batters to the plate, going yard three times for an eight-run frame. Heather Jenkins ripped a two-run homer, Morris followed three batters later with a three-run shot before Lamb capped the frame with a two-run blast.
Hillary Rees led off game two with a double before scoring on a Morris two-run home run.
Childress followed with a solo shot to give the visitors a 3-0 lead with one out in the first inning.
A pair of errors and a Crawford single in the bottom of the third accounted for a pair of unearned runs, trimming the deficit to 4-2.
Cossentino's RBI double plated Kristen Combs in the fourth to stretch the lead to 5-2 before a Rees two-run double keyed a three-run fifth that set the final margin.
