Workmeister enters her fourth season on the Green Terror staff, primarily working with the outfielders - the position she played during her four-year career on the Hill.

A certified personal trainer, she also serves as the team's strength and conditioning coordinator. She works with many of the area's athletes in the Baltimore/DC area as well, holding camps and clinics in Westminster.

A 2009 McDaniel graduate, she also earned a masters degree from McDaniel in exercise science. A three-year starter in the Green Terror outfield, she captained the squad her senior season.

She currently works in Owings Mills, Md.
