    McDaniel College has announced its Dean’s List from the Spring 2016 semester and 121 Green Terror student-athletes qualified for the honors. Twelve Green Terror student-athletes were named to the Green and Gold Honor Roll this past semester.

    Lindsey Nichols led the Green Terror in her final career game with 27 points. Waynesburg shot 50 percent on the night to key a 78-73 victory over McDaniel in the quarterfinals of the ECAC South tournament.

    Two members of the McDaniel women’s basketball team have been named to the All-Centennial Conference team. Lindsey Nichols was named to the first team and also garnered Player of the Year honors for the second straight year. Brittney Davis was tabbed honorable mention for the second straight year.

    Lindsey Nichols led the Green Terror to their second consecutive runner-up finish with 14 points. Muhlenberg outscored McDaniel 27-15 in the third quarter to turn a five-point halftime edge into a 17-point lead en route to an 83-59 victory in the championship game of Centennial Conference tournament.

    Karli Zeps netted a season-best 24 points to pace the Green Terror. McDaniel put together a 13-4 run over the second half of the third quarter en route to a 79-62 victory over Gettysburg in the semifinals of 2016 Centennial Conference tournament.

    McDaniel will travel to Allentown, Pa., for the 2016 Centennial Conference women’s basketball championship tournament. The second-seeded Green Terror faces third-seeded Gettysburg in Friday second semifinal at 8 p.m.

    Lindsey Nichols led the Green Terror with 25 points. Gettysburg outscored McDaniel 18-10 in the second quarter to build a five-point halftime lead en route to a 73-64 victory.

    Lindsey Nichols scored 16 points to lead the Green Terror. McDaniel opened up a 25-15 halftime lead en route to a 52-38 victory at Washington (Md.).

    Lindsey Nichols led three starters in double figures for the Green Terror with 15 points. She also added five rebounds and five steals. McDaniel outscored Haverford 21-13 in the fourth quarter and overtime to record a 53-50 win.

    Lindsey Nichols led the Green Terror with 21 points. For the sixth time this season, McDaniel rallied from a fourth-quarter deficit to record a victory, defeating Johns Hopkins, 51-48.

    Halle Burgess went 6-for-7 off the bench for the Green Terror, contributing 15 points. McDaniel put together a 20-1 run that started late in the third quarter, rallying to defeat Ursinus, 71-62.

    Lindsey Nichols led the Green Terror with a career-best 33 points. McDaniel finished the game on a 22-3 run to top Gettysburg, 73-60.

    Karli Zeps paced the Green Terror with a season-best 20 points. McDaniel scored eight of the final 12 points to escape Franklin & Marshall with a 64-60 victory.

    Halle Burgess matched her career best with 11 points, including a pair of 3-pointers in the final 5:21, to help the Green Terror remain in first place in the conference standings at the halfway point. McDaniel scored 16 of the final 22 points to claim a 58-47 victory over Washington (Md.).

  • Davis tallies career-best 20 points in comeback win

    Brittney Davis led McDaniel with a career-best 20 points. For the third time in the last five days, McDaniel found itself trailing going to the fourth quarter. For the third straight time, the Green Terror rallied for a victory, defeating Swarthmore, 69-63.

    Lindsey Nichols led the Green Terror with a season-best 28 points. McDaniel scored 20 points in the final 8:58 to overcome a five-point deficit and defeat Haverford, 48-42.
  • Bach tallies 11 and 10 in upset victory

    Sarah Bach helped the Green Terror with her first collegiate double-double, recording 11 points and 10 rebounds. McDaniel outscored Muhlenberg 45-23 after halftime to rally from a 16-point deficit and hand the ninth-ranked Mules their first loss of the season, 65-59.
