McDaniel finishes third at Kutztown Invitational
KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Val Saucier (Cockeysville, Md./Dulaney) fired a round of 87 to finish tied for eighth place overall and lead McDaniel to a third-place finish at the Kutztown Invitational in women’s golf action on Friday.
The Green Terror combined to shoot a round of 370. Lehigh won the
five-team tournament with a combined round of 331, four strokes
ahead of Kutztown.
Elyse Massa (Wescosville, Pa./Emmaus) and
Amy Glock (Lineboro, Md./Hereford) finished
12th (93) and 13th (94),
respectively.
Jennie Weiner (Stony Brook, N.Y./Ward Melville)
placed 17th overall with a round of 96 while
Nicole Cristy (Towson, Md.) carded a round of 97
to round out the McDaniel competitors.
The Green Terror returns to action at the Mt. Holyoke Invitational
on Sept. 20-21.
