McDaniel downs New York University in dual
SUNSET BEACH, N.C. – Elyse Massa (Wescosville, Pa./Emmaus) fired a career-low round of 85 to lead McDaniel to a 360-433 victory over New York University in women’s golf action on Tuesday.
In the first action of the spring, all five Green Terror players
posted scorers lower than the five NYU players to earn the
victory.
Nicole Christy (Towson, Md.) finished second
overall with a round of 87 while Val Saucier (Cockeysville,
Md./Dulaney) carded a round of 91.
Amy Glock (Lineboro, Md./Hereford) posted a 97
while Jennie Weiner (Stony Brook, N.Y./Ward
Melville) rounded out the team with a round of 101.
Tara Fredrikis (Fairfield, Pa./Fairfield) shot a
round of 114, playing as an individual.
The Green Terror returns to action at its own invitational at the
Bridges on Mar. 28-29. Tee time on Saturday is 8 a.m.
