Nichols named to IWLCA academic honor roll

WESTMINSTER, Md. – Steph Nichols (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's), a rising senior on the McDaniel women's lacrosse team, has been named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) 2011 Academic Honor Roll, released on Tuesday.

Nichols, a business administration major, was one of 208 student-athletes regonized from 80 Division III institutions.

She led the team with 44 ground balls in the spring while also adding 20 draw controls and 14 caused turnovers.
