After Gary Heckler took a 12-7 decision at 125 to stake the visitors to a 3-0 lead, Kyle Flickiger (133) and Taylor Ulm both recorded major decisions to give York an 11-0 lead in the match.
Lowe tallied McDaniel’s first points of the night with his fall before major decisions from Eric Rush and John Niedrich pushed the lead to 19-6.
Rush (157) won his bout 14-4 before Niedrich (165) used a takedown and near fall points late in the third period to push his match to a major decision, 10-2.
Thomas’ fall secured the match before Ryan Deiter (Clarksville, Md./River Hill) got a late reversal and pin with 37 seconds remaining to snatch a win after trailing on the scoreboard for the entire bout.
George Saliba answered with his own third-period fall at 197 before Brock Glotfelty (Grantsville, Md./Northern Garrett) wrapped up the match with a pin in 4:21 at heavyweight.
