WESTMINSTER, Md. – Joe Camlin (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) went 2-0 to lead McDaniel to a split in a home tri-match against UMBC and Wilkes in non-conference wrestling action on Saturday.

Against the Retrievers, Mike O'Boyle (North Reading, Mass./North Reading) opened a stretch of five straight victories for McDaniel with a 2-minute, 26-second fall at 125.

At 157, Lowe recorded a two-point near fall near the end of the second period to take a 10-9 lead but a Phil Racciato reversal and three near-fall points made a 14-10 lead before a Lowe escape set the 14-11 final margin.

Nathan White added a third major decision 12-0 at 165 before a Dustin Stough escape three seconds into the third period provided the only points of a 1-0 match at 174, stretching the advantage to 24-0.

Marlon Duque won 8-3 at 184 before Seth Gray recorded a pin in the final 13 seconds of the 197-pound bout.
