WESTMINSTER, Md. – McDaniel scored the game's lone goal in the 66th minute of a defensive game with Goucher for a 1-0 win in non-conference women's soccer action on Tuesday.

Katie Kirschenmann (Damascus, Md./Damascus) broke through for the Green Terror (8-0), who finished the game with a 22-3 advantage.

McDaniel controlled play in the first half, finishing the first 45 minutes with an 8-0 advantage in shots but only put one of those attempts on frame.

Just over 20 minutes into the second half, Christina Wroblewski (Glen Mills, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) put a ball through to Kirschenmann, who shot from the right side of the top of the box into the backside of the net for what would be the game's lone goal.

Sarah McDonald (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) made two saves in McDaniel's seventh straight shutout.
