THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg won seven of the first eight events to secure a 54-22 victory over McDaniel.

THE LEADERS
Cambrie Cooke (Newport News, Va./Menchville) touched first in the 100 back (1:02.35). She was also the winner of the 100 breaststroke (1:17.41).

FOR THE FOES
• Kate Crilly won the 200 free (1:58.95).
• Katie Cooper was victorious in the 50 free (25.36) by 0.01 seconds and then touched first in the 100 free (55.57).
• Megan Wojnar touched first in the 400 IM (4:46.03).
• Katie Jenkins won the 100 fly (1:01.06).
• Maggie Morehouse was victorious in the 500 free (5:30.53).
• Wojnar, Johnna Hock, Jenkins and Lindsay Hayden combined to win the 200 medley relay (1:56.15).

THE REST OF THE STORY
Blair Boyle (Springfield, N.J./Villa Walsh Academy) was second in the 50 free (25.37) and 500 free (5:38.66). She was also third in the 100 fly (1:04.24).
Nicole Donohue (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore) placed second in the 100 breaststroke (1:21.65). She was also third in the 100 free (59.04).
Joanna Wattenberg (Monrovia, Md./Urbana) was third in the 200 free (2:14.49).

THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg swam the last two events as exhibition.
