Samantha Merkel (Baltimore, Md./Winters Mill) finished second with a time of 26:38.0.
Megan Mesick (Fredericksburg, Va./Chancellor) placed sixth with a time of 27:04.8.
Julia Murphy (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) was 12th overall with a time of 28:59.6.

FOR THE FOES
• Kara Taylor won the race (22:00.00) to lead St. Mary's to the team title with 21 points.

Jill Shephard (Monkton, Md./North Harford) placed 19th with a time of 30:22.7
Mackenzie Meyer (San Jose, Calif./Pioneer0) finished 34th with a time of 31:55.6
