Katzen earns All-CC men’s lacrosse honors

LANCASTER, Pa. – Jakob Katzen (Wilmington, Del./Wilmington Friends), a junior on the McDaniel men's lacrosse team, has been named to the All-Centennial Conference (CC) team, released on Wednesday.

Katzen earned honorable mention accolades.

Katzen, a goalkeeper, is making his first all-conference appearance. Starting all 15 games in which he appeared, he made a conference-high 247 saves. He posted a .576 save percentage in more than 774 minutes between the pipes, ranking third in the conference. He made double-digit saves in 14 games and stopped 17 or more seven times. He registered a career-high 30 saves against Franklin & Marshall on Apr. 10.

The Green Terror finished the season with an overall record of 2-14 (0-8 CC).
