LANCASTER, Pa. – Two members of the McDaniel women's lacrosse team have been named to the All-Centennial Conference (CC) team, released on Wednesday.
Farrell, a senior midfielder, is making her second all-conference appearance after being tabbed second team as a junior. Starting all 16 games, she led the team with 49 points and 108 draw controls. She was also tied for the team lead with 32 ground balls. Farrell finished second on the team with 30 goals and second with 19 assists. She also added 13 caused turnovers. She pulled down eight or more draw controls in nine games, including 11 against Haverford on Mar. 23.
Allison, a freshman midfielder, is making her first all-conference appearance. Starting all 16 games, she led the team with 44 goals this season and added three assists to finish second on the squad with 47 points. She was tied for the team lead with 32 ground balls and had a team-best 26 caused turnovers. She also was second on the team with 42 draw controls. She registered nine hat tricks this season, including finding the back of the net six times against Muhlenberg on Apr. 13.
The Green Terror finished the season with an overall record of 6-10 (2-7 CC).
