THE SKINNY STORY
McDaniel posted a pair of conference qualifier and pair of personal bests at the Battleground Relays hosted by Mary Washington.

THE LEADERS
Jade Wells-White (Baltimore, Md./McDonogh) led the Green Terror with a Centennial Conference-qualifying time in the 100, posting a time of 13.92 seconds to finish 14th.
Hannah Zajac (Houston, Texas/Clear Creek) was 10th in the long jump with a conference-qualifying jump of 4.36 meters.

THE REST OF THE STORY
Megan Mesick (Fredericksburg, Va./Chancellor) turned in the best placefinish of the day, crossing fourth in the 1500 with a time of 5:19.66.
Julia Murphy (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) was sixth in the same event, crossing in a time of 5:21.86.
Corrine White (Baltimore, Md./Lansdowne) posted a personal-best throw in the shot put, finishing 16th with a throw of 8.14 meters.
• Catina Mable (Baltimore, Md./Edmondson-Westside) added a personal-best throw in the shot put, placing 19th with a mark of 7.36 meters.

THE INSIDE STORY
Maria Kropkowski was 15th in the 1500 (5:57.23).
Jill Shephard was 16th in the 1500 (5:57.34).
Bailey Chapman crossed 19th in the 1500 (6:22.36).
Mackenzie Meyer was 17th in the long jump (3.42 meters) and 22nd in the shot put (6.86).
Simi Adeoye was 11th in the shot put (8.64 meters) and 14th in the discus (21.21).
Ashley Deal finished 14th in the shot put (8.38) and 11th in the discus (24.03).
• Emem-Obong Akpan was 21st in the shot put (6.86), 19th in the discus (15.57) and 13th in the javelin (12.74).
Corrine White was 16th in the discus (20.06) and 10th in the javelin (17.45).
• Catina Mable was 18th in the discus (15.63) and 24th in the javelin (7.43).
