LANCASTER, Pa. – Two members of the McDaniel volleyball team have been named to the All-Centennial Conference (CC) team, released on Monday.

Junior Taylor Bauman (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle) and freshman Marlowe Embry (Milpitas, Calif./J.H. Pitman) were both named to the second team.

Bauman, a libero, earned her third straight nod to the all-conference team, being named honorable mention in 2016 and second team as a freshman. She leads the team with a program-record 561 digs this season. She also paces the team with 61 service aces. Bauman reached the 20-dig mark in 19 matches this year and the 30-dig mark in three matches.

Embry, a freshman, leads the team with 234 kills. She has also added 249 digs, which ranks second on the team, to go with 20 aces and 15 total blocks. Embry recorded nine double-doubles in 22 matches this season.

The Green Terror (19-8, 6-4 CC) advanced to the semifinals of the CC tournament and will learn later Monday if its season continues in the ECAC tournament.
