THE SKINNY STORY
McDaniel won the Lancaster Bible Charger Invitational with 48 points, placing all five of its runners in the top 18 overall in the field.

THE LEADERS
Julia Murphy (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) won for the first time, posting a personal-best 6,000-meter time of 25:29.5 to win by nearly a full minute.

FOR THE FOES
• Elmira finished second in the team standings with 51 points.

THE REST OF THE STORY
Bailey Chapman (Bel Air, Md./Patterson Mill) finished 12th overall with a time of 29:20.7.
Maria Kropkowski (Forest Hill, Md./North Harford) placed 13th with a time of 29:25.2.
Mackenzie Meyer (San Jose, Calif./Pioneer) was 16th overall with a time of 30:04.1.
Riley O'Hara (Fairfax, Va./Robinson Secondary School) rounded out the Green Terror runners in 18th place with a time of 30:49.0

THE INSIDE STORY
• A total of 46 runners competed at the 6,000-meter distance.
• Julia Murphy turned in the best Green Terror time all-time on the Lancaster Bible course.
• Bailey Chapman, Maria Kropkowski and Mackenzie Meyer now rank seventh, eighth a ninth, respectively, on the all-time course list while Riley O'Hara ranks 11th.
• McDaniel won the Charger Invitational team title for the second straight year.
